How Do I Last Longer In Bed?

EXERCISE for at least 20 minutes a day: After studying more than 31,000 men, the Harvard School of Public Health researchers reported that those who were physically active had a 30 percent lower risk for erectile dysfunction than the men with little or no physical activity. Overall, people who exercise feel better about themselves, feel more sexually desirable, and report higher levels of satisfaction, according to a study in the Electronic Journal of Human Sexuality.
EAT RIGHT: Everything’s connected in your body, and food that’s good for your heart is good for your sexual health. The following types of food all contribute in some way to blood-flow through your body: nuts, fruits, vegetables, lean meats, whole grains, and anti-oxidant rich foods.
DO KEGEL EXERCISES: Kegel exercises strengthen the pelvic muscles. They’ll give you stronger erections and greater control over ejaculation. An easy way to identify your pelvic muscle is to stop the flow of urine midstream. That’s pretty much what you’ll be doing when you do a kegel exercise (without peeing, of course!).
You can start off slowly and contract and release this muscle 10 times in a row. Rest 30 seconds and do it again, and then again for a total of 30 kegels. After a week or so, try doing 20 kegels in a row (for a total of 60 kegels). As you feel stronger, you can increase the number of kegels you do and/or increase the time you hold each kegel. These really work!
