Ok – What exactly are Kegel Exercises?
Good question! They are done by contracting the muscles at the pelvic floor (known as the pubococcygeus muscles) and serve MANY different purposes – from increasing muscle tone, to rectifying sexual dysfunction like premature ejaculation, to increasing blood flow to the penis. (interestingly – women have the same muscle, and many popular exercises for women and reproductive health are ALSO aimed at the same part of the pelvic floor)
How do I do them?
