Kegel Exercises?

This is a rather embarassing question. I was with my ex for almost 9 years and he was um.. well endowed down there.. However, the guy I am seeing now isn't. I can feel a huge difference, and I get paranoid that maybe it doesn't feel as pleasurable as it could for him as well. I read kegel exercises can strengthen the vaginal muscles, but I also read they're done more for pregnancies and bladder problems. Would it be a good idea to start doing kegels? And is there anything else I could try?

Causes of Candida in Women

Have you heard of Candida Albicans? It’s a yeast-like fungus that is found in most of us. Normally, it doesn’t cause any problems, because your body’s beneficial bacteria keeps it under control. But sometimes the Candida fungus can overcome the good bacteria and ‘overgrow’. It’s this overgrow that causes your symptoms.

Typical ‘triggers’ for this are; your lifestyle, diabetes, antibiotics and some other medications, bad diet, weight issues, sex with an infected partner, recreational drugs, compromised immune system, medical conditions, etc. So when looking for a cure, you need to be aware of these.

Mainstream Treatment for Candida Symptoms in Women

Usually this takes the form of prescription, or, over-the-counter, drug-based medication. These are usually creams, pessaries, lotions, pastilles, mouth washes, etc., depending on the site of the infection.

The key thing here is that, so often, they seem to work in the short term, but your Candida just returns when your treatment is completed. This is most likely because they only attack the symptoms and not the root cause of your infection. And, as with many drugs, the fungus can build-up a resistance to them, so that the more you use them, the less effective they become.

The outcome is that you can suffer horrible recurring yeast infections that become progressively more difficult to clear up. Which is why thousands of women just like you are turning daily to totally natural remedies for their infection.

A Natural Approach to Eliminating Candida in Women

The benefits of using a totally natural remedy for yeast infection are that it is drug-free, no side effects, much cheaper, and, more able to address the underlying ‘triggers’ than drugs. And, of course, the biggest of all; you get your life and relationships back on track because of it.

So how do you do this? Well, there’s a ton of information on the Internet to help you. It’s a lot of hard work on your part, but well worth it in the end, if you can eliminate your Candida for good, wouldn’t you agree?.
