Premature ejaculation also referred to as PE is every sexually active man’s nightmare; it is the condition when a man ejaculates long before he wants to. In some cases ejaculation takes place even before the man penetrates his spouse or partner!

Research has shown that Premature Ejaculation is the most common sexual problem that affects men. This condition often affects men between the ages of 18 and 30; this means that PE affects most men who are supposed to be in the sexual prime. This is not unusual because as men grow older they tend to get better control over their sexual performance In the United States of America; premature ejaculation affects 25% to 40% of American men.

Causes of premature ejaculation include:

Depression
Stress
Lack of communication between spouses or partners during sexual intercourse
Weakened PC muscles
Nervousness

Premature ejaculation can be treated in the following ways:

1) Topical Lotions, Gel And Creams

These creams and lotions are often sold over the counter and are used in order to decrease stimulation in penis during sexual intercourse. The downside of these creams, lotions and gels is that it also reduces stimulation for women as well and it is only a temporary solution to treating premature ejaculation.

2) Climax Control Or Love Long Condoms

These condoms are different from the usual type of condoms; climax control or love long condoms can help men who suffer from premature ejaculation reduce stimulation during sexual intercourse. How do these condoms work anyway? The condoms are quite thick, which in turn reduces the stimulations on the penis. Some men who have used this method agree that it has helped them perform for longer periods; however these condoms are pricier than the regular condoms, if you don’t mind paying a few extra bucks for a pack of condoms, you can try out this method.

3) Prescription Pills

Believe it or not, most times antidepressants are used to treat premature ejaculation; however these pills could become addictive and they also have negative side effects.

nis, they are used to restrict the blood flow and reduce the sensation of the penis during sexual intercourse. Now before you go shouting hurrah, please understand that these rings and or bands are quite uncomfortable and can be dangerous too.

5) Communicate

Communication is also a good way to maintain a longer-lasting sexual intercourse. Any man who suffers from premature ejaculation need to learn how to communicate with his spouse or partner, he needs to inform his spouse or partner if he is getting close to climaxing. He needs to work out ways on how he and his spouse or partner can communicate effectively during sex. This method is 100% safe because couples perform better when they are comfortable with each other.

6) Kegel Exercises

Doing this exercise helps develop pelvic muscles and will help premature ejaculation sufferers gain better control. Hold your pelvic muscles for about three seconds relax it for another three seconds and repeat the process ten times – pelvic floor muscles are the muscles which are used to stop and start urination.

The good thing about kegel exercises is that you can do them at anytime or any place.

Problems with leaking urine after giving birth?

I have just given birth to my third child 5 days ago. Whenever I have to use the bathroom, I leak urine. I did not have this problem with my first two children. I also did not tear or have stitches with any of them. Anyone have any idea why this is, and if it will go away or not?
