Kegel Women – Cleo Q Discreet Pelvic Toner
Cleo Q Discreet Pelvic Toner
There are many electronic pelvic toners on the market that it’s no wonder that we women feel faced with a bewildering choice. Deciding to use a pelvic toner requires an investment of both time and money and so we need to be sure that we have not chosen badly!
The Cleo Q Discreet is a Class 11a medical device which is clinically recognised to treat the problems associated with bladder weakness. However, it is not the only such device and nor is it the cheapest. So how does the Cleo Q differ from the rest?
First of all, it is important to recognize the importance of having a strong pelvic floor. For many of us it is one of the most crucial aspects of our femininity, yet one which is often overlooked in the busy day to day humdrum of life. Although we all know about the importance of regularly doing our kegel exercises, this very often becomes one of those things we will get around to “one day”. At a time in our lives where we may have young children to care for, a career and other family commitments, it is all to easy to ignore the extra items on our “to do” lists. After all, we will do our pelvic floor exercises one day, won’t we?
Ignoring the first signs of a weakened pelvic floor can soon result in embarrassing leakage when coughing, sneezing, laughing and exercising. Before you know it, incontinence pads will become a way of life and as normal to you as wearing shoes.
In the 1940′s the “kegel” exercises were developed to help women to strengthen and repair a weakened pelvic floor. In theory, these should work well but they can be time-consuming, difficult to perform and downright boring. To be effective, we should perform a minimum of 350-400 a day. Now I don’t know about you, but I found it difficult to do 30 effective squeezes, let alone more than 10 times that amount!
The Cleo Q Discreet does the work for you. By passing tiny impulses of energy deep into the muscles, the pelvic floor is given a workout equivalent to doing over 1500 “squeezes” all in just a few minutes. The technology it uses is unique. The team at Cleo have developed “CCST” or “cumulative charge stimulation technology” which gives a far more effective delivery than other similar devices which use less sophisticated technology. Thus giving a far more effective workout in a shorter time.
