I’ve been doing Kegel exercises for a while with pretty good results… stronger orgasms, and stronger ejaculation with better control. Is there a certain amount of time you are supposed to rest before having sex? I mean the Kegel is an exercise, so do the muscles involved need time to recuperate before sex? I just want to have the best experience possible.

To do it correctly, get a full erection and place a light towel on your penis. Now tense your penis so that it moves up and down. You should do this up to 25 times every other day for a couple of weeks.
2. Another tip on how to stop premature ejaculation is to control your breathing. This is something that will help you right now. The next time you and your woman are having sex, make sure you breathe deep and slow. Instead of breathing fast.
3. The third thing you can do to stop premature ejaculation is to use kegel exercises. You will need to know which muscle to use. It’ll be the muscle that you use to stop yourself from urinating. To do this exercise, tense or flex that muscle, which is called the PC flex, 20-30 times a day.
These are some tips on how to stop premature ejaculation. If you really want to have better sex and last longer while having sex with your woman, be sure to use the tips above. Your woman will love the results from it.
