How To Solve Premature Ejaculation – 3 Tips To Last Longer

2. Masturbate before having sex. This is probably one of the more useful techniques. If I didn’t masturbate a few days prior to having sex, I was guaranteed to bust within seconds. Masturbating at least twice before sex gave me a huge leverage in the bedroom.

3. Practice Kegel exercises. These are the exercises that treat erectile dysfunction and supposedly aid in premature ejaculation. They make your erections stronger, but for the most part, that’s about all I noticed. It maybe helped out a little bit, but nothing too noticeable.

The Kegel exercises were first developed by Dr. Arnold Kegel as a way to strengthen the pelvic muscles. These muscles help control the urethra, bladder, uterus (in women of course) and rectum. These are also the muscles that control ejaculation, and when fit, you will have more control of when you ejaculate (helps prevent pre-mature ejaculation) as well as giving you more intense orgasms.

First you need to know how to flex your pelvic floor muscles (the ones this exercise target.) You do this by stopping urinating mid-stream, the muscles that allow you to do this are the muscles you will be developing by performing this exercise.

These exercises can also be helpful in easing child birth, urinary incontinence, and even hemorrhoids. They also can help increase blood flow to your genitals, therefore helping men to:

1. Develop stronger longer lasting erections.

2. Can increase both the amount and distance during ejaculation.

3. Increase penis size (length and girth) as well as the size of your penis head.

4. Especially helpful in preventing premature ejaculation.

To exercise your PC muscles you simple “flex” those same muscles that give you the ability to stop your urine flow mid-stream. These exercises should be painless and can be performed just about anywhere, as no one else should be aware you’re even doing them.

There are several variations of this exercise:

1. The Kegel Flutter-This is a great exercise for gaining greater control of your PC muscle and, although not a good strengthening exercise, it is very effective in preventing premature ejaculation. Perform the this exercise by rapidly contracting and relaxing the PC muscle. You will find it hard at first, but with practice you can learn to flex these muscles for a minute or longer, do this 3 or 4 times a day.

Although difficult at first, once you gain more control of these muscles you will find you can prevent premature ejaculation by just flexing them, talk about a boost in your confidence!

2. Flex And Hold Kegel-Rather then a quick flex and relax as in the flutter methods above, this exercise is just as it implies, you flex and then hold the muscles tight. This exercise is great for increasing the intensity and duration of your orgasms, and the overall strength of the muscle. Try to hold the flex very tightly for (although it will prove difficult) a full minute at a time. Do this several times a day.

3. Flex And Hold Flutter Kegel-This is simply a combination of the two exercises above. You just hold the flex a few seconds longer than when performing the flutter (2 or 3 seconds) then relax for 3 or 4 seconds and repeat. Do this 4 or 5 times every day.

The Kegel exercises may not be as effective as Jelqing for increasing the size of your package, but can work well in conjunction with Jelqing to give you total control of when you ejaculate (effectively stopping premature ejaculation) as well as giving you monster orgasms, that have to be felt to be believed!
